A perfect neighborhood for growing families
Horizon Hills subdivision is tucked away on the north side of town off Sycamore Church Rd and Hwy 248. This is the perfect neighborhood for growing families. Most of the homes you’ll find out here were built in the late 90’s – early 2000’s. There are many lots available to build on as well. Homes range in all styles and architecture and can range from $100,000- $230,000 on average. Homeowners Associations fees include use of community water and sewer. Located just minutes from the Branson strip, Horizon Hills offers convenient access to all the entertainment and shopping in town but far enough out that you’re not fighting the tourist traffic. I like the fact that its very open with large lots. You don’t find that in many neighborhoods around Branson. There’s even a playground area centrally located for the kiddos to go spend the afternoon. I just love Horizon Hills because it is such a charming community to raise a family. It reminds me a lot of the traditional suburbs I grew up in back home in Dallas.
